Dues
- Nehoa (in Kumuiki) – Private roadways are currently $31.50/month.
- Malanai – Private roadways rates are currently $65.31/month.
- Kekuilani Palms I & II – Shared drives rates are currently $55.00/month.
Payments
You can pay your assessment the following ways:
Visit in-person and drop off payment in drop box, Property Pay, Coupon Book/Mail, or Vantaca Pay.
Property Pay
Email the association to request your individual link and sign up details at association@villagesofkapolei.com. Be sure to include your full name, address, and a phone number.
Note: When registering for autopay using checking account, the service is free. When using one-time payments and/or debit/credit card, processing fees are applied.
Coupon Book/Mail
Enclose coupon book payment into a mailing envelope and address mail to the following lock box: Villages of Kapolei, PO Box 1681, Honolulu, HI 96806-1681.
For mailing, we accept checks but not cash. Address check to “Villages of Kapolei Association” and enclose in a mailing envelope addressed to the following: Villages of Kapolei Association, 91-1111 Kama’aha Loop, Kapolei, HI 96707.
Vantaca Pay
Click the button below to access your Vantaca portal and click “Payments” on the left sidebar. Homeowners can either make a one-time payment or sign up for “Auto Draft” (Auto Pay).
Payments are due on the first of each month. Late payments will incur a $25.00 late fee after the 15th of the month regardless of when it posts from your account. Interest is applied at the end of the month. Please plan ahead and submit your payment so that it arrives on the first of the month to avoid late fees. Please be aware that sub-associations often have their own maintenance fees which are different and independent of VOKA dues.
